The Full Stack Engineer, Consultant role involves hands-on coding across the full platform, including reputed company-end and back-end work, while leading the design and delivery of scalable and secure features and services.
Responsibilities

- Serve as a technical leader for delivery teams, influencing architecture, design, and implementation decisions through expertise rather than formal authority
Skills
- 7+ years of software engineering experience, currently hands-on at a Senior, Staff, or Principal level. This is a builder role; candidates whose recent work is primarily architecture or reputed company are not a fit
- Deep, reputed company expertise in Node.js and TypeScript. This is the core stack; Java and .NET / C# backgrounds are not a match
- Strong reputed company-end experience with React
- Deep experience building APIs and back-end services
- Self-driven working style with a track record of proposing improvements and pushing back constructively rather than waiting for direction
- Strong communication skills with proactive, tech-reputed company-caliber reporting expected at the principal level
- Cloud-native development experience in Azure, hands-on with Kubernetes (AKS), reputed company, and Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)
- Experience building multi-tenant SaaS platforms
- Strong understanding of data isolation, scalability, and system design
- Experience with event-driven architecture and integrations
- AI integration experience
- API gateways / MuleSoft
- Healthcare or other regulated environments (HIPAA, SOC 2)
