[Remote] Travel Claim Examiner and Customer Service Representative

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is part of a global insurance distribution platform, and they are seeking a Travel Claims & Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will serve as the first reputed company of contact for reporting claims, process travel claims, and provide exceptional service to claimants while ensuring compliance with established guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Independently process travel claims in accordance with associated policies
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business materials, technical procedures, benefit plans and regulations
• Handle incoming calls from and reputed company outgoing calls to claimants and suppliers in a professional, positive, and proactive manner
• Consistently meet established performance standards, including quantity and quality claims processing standards
• Maintain reputed company knowledge of Plans and effectively apply this knowledge to the payment of claims, customer service, and reputed company other job functions
• Ability to function independently reputed company established guidelines
• Maintain HIPAA compliance
