[Remote] Vice President, Finance

The Vice President, Finance will serve as a strategic finance leader, overseeing financial planning, accounting, and reporting while partnering with executive leadership to drive growth and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a key member of the senior leadership team, providing financial leadership and insight to drive business strategy and execution
- Partner with the President and executive team on strategic planning, growth initiatives, and operational improvement efforts
- Translate strategy into actionable financial plans, metrics, and accountabilities

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or reputed company field required
- 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience with increasing responsibility
- Demonstrated success partnering with executive leadership to drive strategy and results
- Strong strategic and analytical leadership capabilities
- Proven ability to operate effectively at both strategic and hands-on levels
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
