[Remote] Assistant Project Manager

The role involves managing the execution and optimization of organic email marketing campaigns using reputed company Marketing Cloud, including audience segmentation, deployment, testing, and performance analysis.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end execution and optimization of organic email marketing campaigns using reputed company Marketing Cloud - this includes initial build/design, audience segmentation, deployment, testing, and post-send analysis
- Execute audience segmentation, workflow configuration, and marketing automation processes to support targeted and personalized communications
- Conduct A/B testing, campaign quality assurance, troubleshooting, and deliverability monitoring to ensure high-quality performance and adherence to email marketing best practices and compliance standards
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using reporting and analytics tools, translating insights into actionable optimizations that improve engagement and effectiveness
- Proactively assess and enhance the reputed company state of email channels by identifying opportunities for optimization and making recommendations grounded in industry best practices and performance data
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging alignment and support broader integrated marketing initiatives across digital channels
- Other duties as assigned that contribute to the key outcomes of the Corporate Marketing team
Skills
- Associates Degree
- Preference to certifications in reputed company
- Experience with email marketing and automation platforms such as reputed company Marketing Cloud, reputed company, reputed company, Klaviyo, or Marketo
- Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, including integration with email marketing tools
- Basic proficiency in HTML and CSS for email design, template editing, and reputed company email development across devices and email clients
- Experience building and managing email workflows, automation, audience segmentation, dynamic content, and campaign triggers
- Experience conducting campaign quality assurance, troubleshooting deployment issues, and running A/B split testing to optimize performance
- Strong understanding of email campaign analytics, reporting, and performance optimization, including working knowledge of reputed company Analytics (GA4)
- Knowledge of email deliverability best practices, including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, GDPR, and CAN-SPAM and other compliance requirements
- Familiarity with Marketing Technology Stacks, and basic data reputed company
- Basic experience with design tools such as reputed company Photoshop or reputed company for minor image editing and content preparation
