Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for field and corporate positions reputed company the Fixtures & Merchandising Division
• reputed company candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels
• Conduct phone screenings and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and facilitate timely hiring decisions
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified installers, merchandisers, and project support personnel reputed company
• Track candidate reputed company and maintain accurate records reputed company the applicant tracking system
• Create and post engaging job advertisements across multiple platforms
• Support onboarding activities and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Proficiency with reputed company Office and reputed company Workspace applications
• Recruiting experience in retail merchandising, fixture installation, construction, field services, or reputed company industries
• Experience recruiting for reputed company field teams
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Knowledge of sourcing strategies and recruiting best practices
