Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for field and corporate positions reputed company the Fixtures & Merchandising Division
- reputed company candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels
- Conduct phone screenings and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and facilitate timely hiring decisions
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified installers, merchandisers, and project support personnel reputed company
- Track candidate reputed company and maintain accurate records reputed company the applicant tracking system
- Create and post engaging job advertisements across multiple platforms
- Support onboarding activities and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency with reputed company Office and reputed company Workspace applications
- Recruiting experience in retail merchandising, fixture installation, construction, field services, or reputed company industries
- Experience recruiting for reputed company field teams
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Knowledge of sourcing strategies and recruiting best practices
