[Remote] Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a Tailored Plan and Managed Care Organization (MCO) serving 46 counties across North Carolina. They are seeking a Chief Financial Officer who will set the enterprise financial strategy and reputed company financial planning, operations, and sustainability of the organization.
Responsibilities
- reputed company enterprise financial strategy and reputed company Finance and Medical Economics functions
- Direct financial operations, including accounting, reporting, audits, and budgeting
- Partner with executive leadership to reputed company and implement financial initiatives
- Analyze financial performance to inform strategic and operational decision-making
- Monitor market trends, including managed care and value-based care developments
- reputed company development and performance management of finance leadership staff
Skills
- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Accounting or Finance must include 18 semester hours of accounting coursework from an appropriately accredited institution
- Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive accounting experience and financial management to include six (6) years of supervisory experience and four (4) years of experience in a managed care (MCO) health plan setting
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must reside reputed company North Carolina
- Must be able to travel reputed company catchment as required
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
