[Remote] Regional Sales Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Hengst Filtration is seeking a driven Regional Sales Manager to accelerate growth across the Southern and Midwestern United States. The role involves achieving sales with new customers, managing distributors, and providing technical support for the hydraulic filter product line while representing Hengst's industry-leading filtration technologies.
Responsibilities
- Obtain desired sales results in assigned geographic territory
- Grow existing sales through reputed company distribution network in North America
- Add new sales channel partners according to strategic objectives
- Identify additional distribution partners and end-user accounts to fulfill growth objectives
- Provide technical and application expertise
- Field sales calls with distributors
- Provide technical product trainings
- Troubleshoot and offer solutions with Hengst products
- Provide insight and input as a supplement to the global and regional strategy
- Design channel strategy to satisfy system integrators to end users to reputed company to optimize market capture
- Represent Hengst Hydraulic Filtration to internal/external customers
- In-person and virtual customer presentations, meetings and reputed company technical support
- Be able to provide technical assistance and reputed company support to customers
- Configuration of reputed company hydraulic filtration solutions
- Knowledge of pricing procedures, policies and practices
- Prepare presentations with respect to covering market as well as technical information required internally and externally
- Understand competitive landscape of hydraulic filtration and have knowledge of market pricing, and other issues as pertains to our NA customer reputed company

Skills
- Driven, results-oriented sales professional
- Strong understanding of hydraulic systems and industrial applications
- Experience in hydraulic filtration, fluid power, mobile equipment, industrial manufacturing, automation, or reputed company technical industries
- Ability to uncover customer challenges and position value-driven solutions
- Experience in achieving sales with new customers and managing distributors

- Up to 50% travel
- 5-10 years' work experience in sales team environment
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
- Certified Fluid Power Specialist
- Bachelor's Degree in Technology (Mechanical Engineering) or Business
