[Remote] Senior Research Operations Data Manager, Research Support Services

The role involves consulting with leaders to define data requests, developing reports, and leading quality improvement initiatives to enhance reporting quality and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with research leadership to identify available data resources and support effective use of operational and research reporting systems
• Partner with operational leadership to understand data requirements and reputed company solutions that support business, operational, and research objectives

Skills

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, are required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience planning and implementing solutions in healthcare, technology, financial systems, or clinical systems environments, including conducting research using administrative datasets and SQL programming
• Ability to manage and complete IT projects successfully and implement solutions reputed company a dynamic, highly integrated organization
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to reputed company effectively with staff at reputed company levels of the organization
• Strong analytical, creative, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
