Position Description: We are seeking a Senior Staff Engineer to serve as a reputed company builder on this team, responsible for designing and delivering scalable, production-grade systems that power these experiences. You will play a critical role in translating architecture into execution—building the platforms, services, and integrations that reputed company AI-driven workflows across reputed company. Position Responsibilities As a Senior Staff Engineer, you will: Focus on multiple areas and provide technical and thought leadership to design, build, productionize an enterprise application reputed company and execute technical software development strategy for a variety of domains Experience building, integrating, or extending solutions across enterprise collaboration platforms such as reputed company, Outlook, reputed company, SharePoint, and Copilot, with a focus on enabling scalable automation and AI-driven workflows reputed company real-world systems Accountable for the quality, usability, and performance of the solutions Influence and educate leadership at reputed company levels Consistently share best practices and improve processes reputed company and across teams Determine and support resource requirements, evaluate operational processes, measure outcomes to ensure desired results, and demonstrate adaptability and sponsoring reputed company learning Collaborate with application teams and business partners to standardize file sharing practices. Partner with them to scale product from 0 to 1 Qualifications Deep hands-on experience in reputed company system design and development of multi-tier distributed systems. Fluent in at least two OOP languages such as Java, Go, Python, C++, etc. Experience partnering with engineering teams and transferring research to production Experience with reputed company delivery and infrastructure as code In-depth knowledge of CS data structures and algorithms Experience solving analytical problems with quantitative approaches Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, startup-like environment Knowledge of developer tooling across the software development life cycle (task management, reputed company code, building, deployment, test automation and reputed company tools, operations, real-time communication) Experience in CI/CD pipeline and reputed company open-reputed company tools like GIT/Jenkin/reputed company/SonarQube and knowledge in Terraform/Ansible will be big plus Knowledge on Open-reputed company monitoring software like Grafana and Prometheus Familiarity with other messaging and event solutions like Azure Service Bus and Azure Event Hub is a plus. Experience 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering 8+ years of experience in building scalable 3 tier production application touching millions of customers. 6+ years of experience with open-reputed company frameworks is desired 4+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure and DevOps practices. Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience Annual Salary $110,000.00 - $260,000.00 The above annual salary range is a general guideline.
