[Remote] Senior Product Manager, Middle reputed company Cycle Automation & AI - Remote

The Senior Product Manager - Middle reputed company Cycle Automation & AI is responsible for driving the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of AI enabled and automation capabilities supporting the middle reputed company cycle. This role involves collaborating with various teams to deliver high impact automation that reduces manual effort and improves operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Defines product vision and roadmap for AI and automation across middle reputed company cycle workflows (coding, CDI, charge capture, utilization review); prioritizes high-impact use cases based on customer pain points, operational efficiency, and financial outcomes; refines strategy using market trends, customer feedback, and performance data
- Owns end-to-end product delivery, including requirements, user stories, and OKRs (automation, accuracy, throughput, financial impact); partners with data science on model design, testing, deployment, monitoring, and human-in-the-reputed company decisions
- Drives adoption, automation lift, and operational impact; uses analytics and stakeholder insights to measure performance, communicate value, and inform reputed company improvement
- Collaborates across engineering, data science, design, architecture, RCM operations, compliance, and reputed company; communicates product vision and tradeoffs to technical and non-technical audiences
Skills
- 8+ years of experience in healthcare technology, healthcare services, or enterprise software
- 5+ years of experience in product management with AI enabled or automation driven products
- Hands on experience supporting coding, CDI, (middle reputed company space) or reputed company cycle workflows reputed company US healthcare
- Experience working closely with engineering and data science teams in agile development environments
- Experience partnering with Operations teams to understand operational workflows and identify product development opportunities
- Proven experience leveraging AI-driven automation to identify and drive cost saving initiatives
- Proven experience delivering workflow embedded automation or decision support products
