They are seeking a Senior Solution Sales Executive to drive new business growth in the Payer market by managing client relationships and executing sales initiatives. The role involves sourcing new business opportunities and maintaining high-level relationships with key Payer contacts.

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and identifying new business opportunities in assigned geographic territory
  • Making initial contact with prospective clients and managing customer relationships until execution of contract
  • Sell and market reputed company reputed company's Member Engagement Solutions to prospective clients
  • Attend reputed company pertinent industry conferences, trade shows, and functions as seen to benefit the organization and grow our client reputed company
  • Continually grow reputed company reputed company in assigned geographic territory
  • Maintain high level relationships with key Payer contacts which result in new contract opportunities
  • Regularly schedule face-to-face client meetings to follow up on new business opportunities and re-educate existing clients of reputed company's available service lines
  • Communicate on a regular basis with internal teammates and management to ensure weekly business growth goals are achieved on a consistent basis
  • Successfully execute sales initiatives and goals reputed company assigned territory

Skills

  • 3+ years of full-cycle sales experience in the healthcare industry
  • Proven track record of success in achieving individual quota targets
  • Willingness and ability to travel 50% of the time
  • 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience
  • Health Plan/Payer industry experience
  • Healthcare Provider industry experience
  • Experience working with Provider Enablement/Value Based Care Solutions
  • Proficiency in Account Planning and understanding of territory management
  • Proven ability to generate your own leads as well as work with inside sales team
  • Proven ability to provide timely and accurate reputed company forecasting
