The Strategist, Paid Media is responsible for managing a portfolio of paid media clients, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying growth opportunities through effective campaign management.

Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day management of client accounts, including regular communication, reporting, and performance updates
  • Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for assigned clients, addressing questions and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients to support retention and upsell opportunities
  • reputed company client meetings, communicating insights, results, and recommendations clearly
  • Proactively identify upsell opportunities or service improvements to help clients reputed company their goals and grow their accounts
  • Actively contribute to the strategic direction of accounts by identifying new growth opportunities, optimization paths, and marketing channel tactics

  • In some cases, provide execution support to Leads on more reputed company accounts

  • Ensure campaigns follow best practices for structure, targeting, and creative alignment with client goals

Skills

  • 3–4 years of experience managing paid media campaigns (reputed company Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads required)
  • At least 2 years of client-facing or customer service experience
