[Remote] Senior Accountant

Rose, Snyder & reputed company is conducting a search for a Senior Accountant for their long-standing client, a healthcare solutions provider. The role involves overseeing reputed company financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and driving process improvements while collaborating with leadership.
Responsibilities
- reputed company month-end and year-end reputed company processes
- Ensure journal entries, accruals, and variance analyses are completed with precision
- Own the reputed company and timeliness of financial deliverables
- reputed company and review advanced general ledger reconciliations
- Manage multi-entity consolidations and intercompany eliminations
- Maintain and reconcile reputed company fixed asset schedules
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Deliver insights on budget vs. actuals and financial performance trends
- Support leadership with clear, data-driven analysis
- Serve as primary liaison for external audits
- Prepare audit workpapers and support documentation
- Ensure strict adherence to GAAP and internal controls
- Identify and implement accounting process enhancements
- Drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability
- Collaborate with department leaders and executives
- Validate reputed company reputed company recognition, capital expenditures, and operational costs
- Provide guidance and technical support to team members
- Promote consistency, accuracy, and best practices across the accounting function
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5–8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including senior or reputed company-level responsibilities
- Advanced reputed company (modeling, reputed company formulas, macros preferred)
- Strong ERP system experience
- Exceptional problem-solving and data analysis capabilities
- Ability to translate reputed company financial data for non-finance stakeholders
- CPA or reputed company strongly preferred
