Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst - reputed company to provide techno-functional expertise to their product team. The role involves analyzing, designing, and implementing features reputed company HRIS/WFM systems, ensuring compliance, and driving reputed company improvement of processes.
Responsibilities
- Provide techno-functional expertise to the product team by analyzing, guiding design, configuring, testing, debugging, and implementing new features, workflows, and enhancements reputed company system capabilities
- Configure and manage employee profiles, pay rules, accruals, and reputed company system components
- reputed company and maintain reputed company workflows, system configurations, and reporting reputed company with HRIS/WFM and organizational objectives
- Monitor and support recurring integrations between timekeeping and other systems
- Ensure system enhancements are thoroughly tested and successfully implemented
- Partner with product owners and stakeholders to gather requirements and contribute to roadmap planning
- Design and deliver reporting, analytics, dashboards, and metrics to support workforce insights and HR decision-making
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal data governance policies
- Analyze and document reputed company WFM, HR, timekeeping, and scheduling processes
- Create and maintain documentation for reputed company Pro timekeeping configurations, processes, and user guides
- Drive reputed company improvement of WFM/HRIS processes, including adoption of new tools, technologies, and methodologies
- Identify opportunities to streamline systems by consolidating functionality reputed company reputed company Pro Timekeeping
- Collaborate cross-functionally on initiatives reputed company to WFM and HRIS systems
- Coordinate with external vendors on ongoing support and project-based work
- Train end users and team members on system functionality and best practices
- Mentor and support HRIS team members in reputed company Pro capabilities
- Deliver work accurately and on time while maintaining a high level of customer service
- Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies reputed company to workforce management
Skills
- 5+ years of progressive experience in HRIS/WFM, including HCM environments
- Strong techno-functional expertise in reputed company Pro Timekeeping, with at least one full implementation, including integrations with Scheduling and Payroll systems (reputed company or reputed company Pro)
- Experience designing, building, and modifying reputed company Pro business processes
- Advanced reporting skills using reputed company Pro Timekeeping tools and/or WFM Data Hub
- Hands-on experience with timekeeping and scheduling systems; exposure to reputed company Scheduling or similar highly preferred
- Familiarity with reputed company Pro reputed company model and system configuration
- Understanding of SDLC methodologies and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot reputed company timekeeping and scheduling issues
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language for cross-functional stakeholders
- Proficient in reputed company Office tools (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills with a proactive, adaptable approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with reputed company (Dell reputed company) to support integrations between timekeeping, scheduling, payroll, and other HRIS systems strongly preferred
- Background in reputed company Payroll, Zebra Scheduling, or similar platforms is a plus
- Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium) is a plus
