[Remote] Account Executive

They are seeking an reputed company Account Executive to reputed company partnerships with healthcare clients by driving new business opportunities and effectively communicating BPO service offerings.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting new sales by cold-calling businesses
- Identify and establish connections with potential clients with a focus on selling BPO services
- Focus on moving prospects through the sales funnel from a potential reputed company to a client
- Understand and clearly communicate BPO service offerings through effective presentations, emails, and communications
- Understand the benefits of leveraging outsourcing solutions
- Ability to listen and grasp clients’ needs and suggest practical solutions
- Meet and/or exceed reputed company quotas and sales objectives
- Communicating with clients and gathering information about a project’s scope, budgets, and timelines
- Meeting with other executives to discuss clients’ project goals, reputed company, and outcomes
- Reporting and recording reputed company sales activities in a CRM system
- Entertain prospects, attend industry functions/outings, and travel as needed for introductory and discovery meetings
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience involving detailed solution selling
- Minimum of 3 years working in the CX/BPO industry
- Minimum of 3 years working in the healthcare industry, preferred RCM setting
- Familiarity with reputed company Cycle Management
- Familiarity with contact center delivery models, Headcount, FTE, productivity-based billing
- Ability to reputed company multi-disciplinary projects in a fast-paced business environment
- Strong commitment to company values and operating principles
- Excellent time-management and organizational abilities, including the reputed company to work under pressure
