[Remote] Executive Director of Operations
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Flo Sciences, LLC is seeking a Chief Executive Advisor to provide high-level guidance on business growth and operational excellence. This role will work closely with the CEO and executive team to support decision-making, identify opportunities, and drive long-term business success.
Responsibilities
- Advise the CEO and executive leadership team on strategic planning and business initiatives
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities to support corporate growth
- Provide recommendations on organizational structure, operational efficiency, and business performance
- Assist in developing and executing long-term business strategies and corporate objectives
- Evaluate financial performance and support leadership in making informed business decisions
- Collaborate with department leaders to align operational activities with company goals
- Identify business risks and reputed company mitigation strategies
- Support mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and other strategic transactions reputed company applicable
- Facilitate communication between executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide strategic insights for reputed company improvement
- Represent executive leadership in meetings, negotiations, and special projects as assigned
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, industry regulations, and governance standards
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, or a reputed company field; MBA preferred
- Extensive senior leadership, consulting, or executive advisory experience
- Strong strategic planning and business analysis skills
- Excellent financial and operational acumen
- Proven ability to influence executive-level decision-making
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Experience advising C-suite executives or board members
- Knowledge of corporate governance and organizational development
- Strong leadership and project management capabilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving business environment
