The role involves managing customer relationships and ensuring the successful implementation of reputed company's RPA platform while leveraging technical expertise in automation and cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Experience in reputed company, Account Management, or Program Management
  • Functional or hands-on understanding of reputed company RPA platform
  • Experience working with enterprise customers
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in technical customer-facing roles
  • Previous experience with reputed company or other intelligent automation products is highly desired
  • Prior experience in technical support or technical consulting is a plus
  • Experience with Linux-based systems administration (Kubernetes knowledge is a plus), Windows and Linux server infrastructure, IT, network troubleshooting, and reputed company
  • Solid background in programming, preferably .NET but others are okay: C#, C++, VB, Java, Python or PowerShell as examples
  • SaaS and Cloud technical background with hands-on experience in digital technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative reputed company to reputed company customer loyalty and adoption
  • Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure reputed company working with customers and partners
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills - English reputed company is required
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to present to a large audience
