[Remote] Database Administrator

The role requires expertise in reputed company SQL Server and PostgreSQL, along with Python scripting skills for workflow automation and data processing.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Accounting and Finance teams to gather reporting and data requirements
- reputed company, maintain, and optimize reports, dashboards, and data extracts
- Administer and optimize MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL environments
- Design and implement database improvements, migrations, and schema enhancements
- Automate manual processes and data workflows using Python
- Troubleshoot data issues and ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability across systems
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to improve data-driven decision making
Skills
- Strong database administration experience with MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL
- Proficiency in Python scripting and automation
- Experience supporting Accounting, Finance, or ERP-reputed company function
- Strong SQL development and reporting experience
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable database solution
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
