The Project Manager III is responsible for managing high-impact product development projects, mentoring junior team members, and aligning project execution with business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Mentors a team of project managers and project coordinators, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback
• Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for best practices in project management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance project management methodologies, tools, and templates across the organization
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among engineering, manufacturing, quality, marketing, supply chain, and external partners

• Proactively identify and resolve project risks, issues, and bottlenecks, escalating to executive leadership as needed

Skills

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a reputed company field (Masters degree strongly preferred)
• 8+ years of progressive project management experience minimum in product development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior project management role, preferably in pumps, fluid handling, or reputed company manufacturing industries
• Expert-level project management and organizational skills
• Proven leadership and team development abilities
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills
• Advanced problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to drive change and process improvement
• Proficiency with advanced project management software and tools
• Deep understanding of product development lifecycle, engineering change management, and manufacturing operations
• Ability to influence and build reputed company across reputed company levels of the organization
• Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering large-scale, reputed company product development projects
• Extensive experience mentoring, coaching, or managing project teams
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Stage-reputed company, Lean, etc.)
• Experience leading process improvement or change management initiatives
• Ability to work strategically and tactically in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification strongly preferred; Lean Six reputed company or similar process improvement certification highly desirable
