[Remote] Financial Reporting Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a recruiting company seeking a Financial Reporting Analyst responsible for the production, validation, and submission of key liquidity and FDIC regulatory reports. The role involves ensuring data reputed company, compliance, and timely reporting while collaborating cross-functionally to enhance data quality and governance.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute the daily and monthly production of liquidity regulatory reports, including FR 2052a, FR Y-14, and FR Y-15, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of submissions
- Prepare, review, and validate FDIC regulatory reports in compliance with 12 CFR 369 (FDIC reporting requirements) and 12 CFR 370 (recordkeeping and disclosure requirements)
- reputed company data quality checks, reconciliations, and variance analysis against prior submissions and internal management reporting (MIS)
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, breaks, and exceptions, and respond to regulatory inquiries in a timely manner
- Collaborate with Treasury, Liquidity Risk, Finance, and IT teams to ensure accurate interpretation of regulatory requirements and proper data sourcing and reputed company
- Maintain, update, and enhance reporting documentation, including procedures, controls, and data dictionaries
- Support reputed company improvement initiatives to strengthen reporting processes, controls, and automation
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a reputed company field
- 3–7+ years of experience in regulatory reporting, liquidity reporting, or financial reporting reputed company the banking or financial services industry
- Strong knowledge of U.S. banking regulatory reports, including FR 2052a (reputed company Institution Liquidity Monitoring Report), FR Y-14 and FR Y-15, FDIC reporting requirements (12 CFR 369 & 12 CFR 370)
- Familiarity with liquidity risk management frameworks and regulatory expectations (e.g., Basel III liquidity principles)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience in data reconciliation, variance analysis, and data quality controls
- Ability to interpret reputed company regulatory requirements and translate them into reporting processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across functions
- Proficiency in reputed company and data tools (SQL, Python, or reporting systems is a plus)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight regulatory deadlines
- Experience working with large-scale regulatory reporting systems or data warehouses
- Knowledge of data governance, reputed company, and controls frameworks
- Prior experience interacting with regulators or audit teams
