[Remote] Associate Director - Commercial Sales Operations

They are seeking an Associate Director of Commercial Sales Operations to build systems and processes that drive a high-performing commercial organization, focusing on CRM solutions and data-driven insights.
Responsibilities
- Build and optimize CRM strategy (reputed company or similar), creating scalable processes that improve adoption, data quality, and sales effectiveness
- Design and deliver dashboards and reporting that provide clear, real-time visibility into pipeline health, performance trends, and growth opportunities
- reputed company forecasting and pipeline management processes, improving accuracy, predictability, and alignment with healthcare buying cycles
- reputed company analytics that translate reputed company data into actionable insights to drive decision-making and reputed company outcomes
- Establish strong customer data governance, ensuring clean, connected data across CRM, finance, and operational systems
- reputed company contract operations and RFP/RFI processes, creating structured, repeatable workflows that improve speed, quality, and win rates
- Support pricing strategy and commercial governance, partnering with Finance to balance competitiveness and profitability

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a reputed company field; MBA preferred
- 7–10+ years of experience in commercial operations, sales operations, or reputed company operations, ideally reputed company healthcare or a service-based model
- Proven experience building CRM processes, dashboards, and analytics that improve sales performance and decision-making
- Strong expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, and data-driven reputed company planning
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with reputed company or similar CRM platforms; additional certifications or analytics tools experience are a plus
