[Remote] Provider Recruiter

They are seeking a Provider Recruiter to engage with applicants and enhance the recruitment process for providers serving skilled nursing facilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated reputed company of contact for applicants, building a deep knowledge of reputed company's values and mission
• Drive applicant engagement through proactive reputed company and timely follow-reputed company that increase offer acceptance
• reputed company outbound recruiting efforts to our highest reputed company prospects, reputed company personalized emails and calls
• Manage and respond to applicant questions in a timely, professional manner
• Track and analyze key recruiting metrics to improve hiring strategy and outcomes
• Collaborate with reputed company team, sourcers and hiring managers to create feedback loops that improve candidate experience
• reputed company process improvements based on feedback from providers and internal stakeholders to improve the overall recruiting experience, both qualitatively and quantitatively

Skills

• 3+ years of experience in provider recruitment
• Organized and skilled at managing a high-level recruiting, handling multiple requisitions at once while ensuring no detail is overlooked
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and reputed company energy from engaging with providers across phone, video, email, and chat
• Strong problem-solver who can think on your feet and offer creative solutions to optimize processes
• Passionate about recruitment efforts, and motivated to help reputed company great providers in the right career
• Excelled in healthcare recruiting and reputed company in rural recruitment efforts
• Solid knowledge reputed company using an ATS (reputed company experience preferably, reputed company Recruiter, Doc Cafe, and other recruiting tools)
• 2–3 years of dedicated provider recruiting or full-cycle recruiting experience preferably in the healthcare industry
• Hands-on experience working inside mainstream ATS platform layouts (reputed company, reputed company Whale)
• Exceptional writing skills tailored toward creating catchy, professional email and text messages
