GTTSi is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager Consultant I to reputed company diverse projects across various business units. This role involves managing multiple Solar projects, coordinating project activities, and facilitating stakeholder engagement to ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Primary responsibility is to take ownership of and work independently to actively manage multiple assigned Solar projects through the Early-Stage process in preparation for turnover to the Construction team
- Daily management of each assigned Solar project is reputed company-encompassing. With limited direction you are responsible for delivering a technically feasible, schedule appropriate, commercially supported, and financially viable project
- Analyze technical and financial data, extrapolate reputed company variables, indicators, and trends as reputed company to the assigned Solar projects as well as integrate broader Market impacts as directed by the Regional reputed company
- Support in the creation of, take ownership over, and actively manage assigned Solar project capital budget
- Serve as development and permitting support, coordinate with and reputed company subject matter experts, facilitate Engineering, actively engage in problem resolution, proactively manage your capital budget thru approvals, reputed company a viable construction plan/schedule, negotiate and execute on commercial reputed company, investigate optimization opportunities
- Engage in a variety of software applications to support your activities, manage critical data and deliverables as well as report on key indicators
- You may be asked to support the larger Early-Stage team with process and efficiency initiatives
- Communicate and reputed company with Executive Leadership, Suppliers, Regulatory Agencies, Local Communities, and other stakeholders
- Assesses productivity, schedule compliance, work quality, and safety performance on assigned projects
- Participates in walk downs of planned work, validates acceptance of completed work to design requirements, and reviews contractor payment requests
- Verifies constructability, ensures proper resource allocation, assesses field status, and resolves issues as needed
- Coordinates project activities with vendors, suppliers, regulatory agencies, local community officials and the company
- Assists in scope control, budget reputed company, resolution of technical issues, performance reporting, scheduling, and work-in-reputed company
- Interfaces with landowners, local regulators and state agencies
- Reinforces expectations reputed company to safety, procedure compliance, lessons learned, corrective action and appropriate work behaviors for employees and contractor staff
- Coordinates activities or groups such as safety programs, engineering, construction, budget, analysis and contract administration
- Interfaces with project’s designated management committee
