[Remote] Capital Markets Associate, Structured Finance

The Capital Markets Associate will be responsible for capital markets activities including capital raising, execution, and modeling work to support these opportunities, while collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Focus on developing and executing reputed company financial models to support Tax Equity and Debt capital funding
• reputed company the execution of tax equity, debt, and equity funding processes with external stakeholders
• Responsible for reporting associated with reputed company Finance to key financial stakeholders, while partnering with technology teams to ensure automation on reports
• Utilizes skills to enhance existing processes and workflows for more efficiency, partnering closely with other teams e.g. Data Analytics, Operations, etc
• Liaisons with Corporate Finance, Treasury, Asset Management, and Accounting to ensure partnership and transparency on reputed company things reputed company Finance
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with key banks and other key external partners
• Is highly attuned to customer needs and requirements, and can anticipate their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or reputed company field; Master's or MBA a plus
• 3-5+ years of experience in banking or capital markets; solar industry and structured finance experience strongly preferred
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills with deep understanding of the macroeconomic landscape
• Proactively identifies improvement opportunities across systems and processes, and implements solutions and updates them
• Highly motivated and able to reputed company in a fast-paced customer-centric environment where priorities may change quickly
• Collaborates seamlessly with internal teams in Finance & Accounting, Technology etc
• Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills; can present to varying audiences and leaders
• Solar industry and structured finance experience strongly preferred
