They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales to reputed company their biopharma vertical, owning reputed company performance and developing a team of Account Executives to drive strategic growth across biopharma accounts.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive reputed company performance for the biopharma vertical, consistently meeting and exceeding growth targets
- reputed company, coach, and scale a high-performing team of Account Executives, promoting a culture of accountability, performance, and reputed company improvement
- reputed company and execute strategic sales plans to expand adoption of reputed company's research video library across pharmaceutical and biotech organizations
- Monitor pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and deal progression, ensuring disciplined execution of reputed company, multi-stakeholder (biopharma librarians, R&D leadership) sales cycles
- Define and track KPIs to measure team performance, proactively identifying risks and implementing corrective strategies
- Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and buyer motivations to refine go-to-market strategies and accelerate reputed company growth
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, reputed company, and Product teams to align messaging, and drive renewals and expansion
Skills
- A Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of progressive sales experience, including 5+ years leading sales teams reputed company pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or healthcare sectors
- Demonstrated success driving reputed company growth in high growth sales environments
- Strong experience managing long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying processes
- Data-driven, strategic thinker with a hands-on leadership approach
