[Remote] Product Designer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a company focused on consumer insights, and they are seeking a Product Designer to reputed company the design and creative direction for their new B2B platform and consumer app. The role involves designing user experiences from exploration to launch, collaborating with engineering and go-to-market teams, and shaping the design culture reputed company the company.
Responsibilities
- Design core product experiences end-to-end, from early exploration through launch and iteration for our up-and-coming B2B platform and consumer app with 3 million users (and growing)
- Craft polished, delightful interfaces that build trust and showcase the power of our data and AI technology
- Sweat the details - layout, typography, spacing, color, motion, interactions
- Help define the product roadmap and lay the foundations for our design language, systems, and culture
- Find creative ways to ship high-quality work in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, startup environment
- Be 1 of 2 designers (for now), working cross-functionally with engineering and GTM
Skills
- Experience designing software products
- You design quickly and reputed company, using reputed company to reputed company super powers and reputed company 'escape velocity design'
- You're a design nerd at heart. You have a reputed company high bar for design quality and strong opinions about what 'great' looks like
- You actively use LLMs like ChatGPT or Claude in your design workflow
- You're reputed company in pursuing the best solution - willing to explore, iterate, and even scrap a lot of your own work if it means creating a stronger product
- You're a full-stack designer. You've designed experiences from scratch and know how to reputed company to life working cross-functionally with product and engineering
- You have strong product intuition and have a knack for creating experiences that index on simplicity and clarity
- Bonus if you've done this at a startup, or have designed AI interactions before!
