[Remote] Regional Director of Financial Aid (Western Region)

The Regional Director of Financial Aid is responsible for overseeing policy interpretation, procedures, and regulatory guidance while managing a team of Financial Aid Officers to enhance student retention and satisfaction.
Responsibilities

- Train team on expected service-level agreements to ensure consistently high student satisfaction

- Analyze team data and metrics to facilitate changes that meet organizational goals
- Utilize business intelligence analytics to maintain expected service-level agreements
- Create and maintain a culture of excellence and inclusivity through team activities, initiatives, and open communication
Skills
- Minimum of 7 years of Title IV aid administration experience
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Financial Aid, including at least 4 years leading a team of Financial Aid professionals
- High degree of professionalism and discretion dealing with confidential information
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to drive execution of tasks and change reputed company an organization
- Ability to travel out-of-state up to 5 times per year
- Bachelors' Degree from an accredited college or university
