[Remote] Regional Director of Financial Aid (Western Region)

The Regional Director of Financial Aid is responsible for overseeing policy interpretation, procedures, and regulatory guidance while managing a team of Financial Aid Officers to enhance student retention and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational efficiency while providing mentorship, professional development, and coaching
• Identify training needs and create training programs to improve team members’ knowledge and efficiency reputed company Financial Aid
• reputed company initial approval for VA benefits for reputed company assigned reputed company locations, timely certification of reputed company VA benefits, and School Certifying Official (SCO) annual training
• Train team on expected service-level agreements to ensure consistently high student satisfaction
• Handle escalated or high-need student cases, ensuring reputed company interactions are documented properly
• Analyze team data and metrics to facilitate changes that meet organizational goals
• Utilize business intelligence analytics to maintain expected service-level agreements
• Create and maintain a culture of excellence and inclusivity through team activities, initiatives, and open communication

Skills

• Minimum of 7 years of Title IV aid administration experience
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Financial Aid, including at least 4 years leading a team of Financial Aid professionals
• High degree of professionalism and discretion dealing with confidential information
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to drive execution of tasks and change reputed company an organization
• Ability to travel out-of-state up to 5 times per year
• Bachelors' Degree from an accredited college or university
