They are seeking a reputed company Manager who will serve as a liaison between clients and the marketing team, focusing on managing marketing strategies and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to analyze and optimize internet marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Using your customer service experience and passion, you will communicate directly with clients to build trusting relationships both digitally and over the phone
- Execute regular account reviews with your assigned accounts; maintaining a high retention reputed company and translating value-based results to our customers
- Review, analyze, and communicate areas of opportunity reputed company the scope of internet marketing strategy on an individualized basis per account
- Identify and troubleshoot underperforming client accounts by tracking and measuring performance over time with tools such as Call Data, reputed company Analytics, reputed company Ads, SEO ranking trackers, and Web Form Submissions
