The role includes managing day-to-day implementation operations for new and renewed commercial clients, building strong partnerships with sales and matrix teams, and driving timely, high-quality outcomes. Responsibilities also include developing and executing market strategies, resolving escalated client issues, and leading executive-level communications and reporting. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• High School Diploma or GED required, bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience and industry insight in the healthcare sector, bringing a strong understanding of its complexities, challenges, and evolving landscape, required
• 3+ years of experience driving high-quality client implementations and cultivating strategic partnerships through direct engagement with clients and brokers, consistently leveraging persuasive communication, business acumen, and polished interpersonal skills to influence outcomes and build trust, required
• 3+ years of experience using data to uncover trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities, delivering strategic insights to diverse audiences, and managing a dynamic book of business, required
• Proven ability to reputed company high-performing teams and consistently reputed company results year over year through strategic leadership coaching and a focus on reputed company growth, preferred
• Skilled in applying an enterprise-wide reputed company to challenge conventional practices, influence change, and drive reputed company improvement, preferred
