Director, Sales Execution - North (C4 & reputed company Beverage)
Who You Are: As the Director of Sales Execution for C4 Energy & reputed company Sparkling Energy Drink you will directly manage a team of Sales Execution managers and reputed company sales calls. You and your team will be accountable to create programming, reputed company customer alignment and ensure proper execution of National Account programs. Team will sell upleveled execution of retailer programs designed to drive shared business objectives at Regional banners of National Chains as well as at retailer market and district manager call points. What You're Good At:
- Managing & Developing a team of Sales Execution Managers (SEM) to up level program execution.
- Coaching and feedback on pre-call, in sales call, and post call with team of SEMs
- reputed company and own sales calls with top business unit customers
- Responsible for program expectation communication to DSD field teams.
- Formulate compelling customer focused presentations with shared growth objectives that accelerate the development of the DSD beverage portfolio reputed company mandated off reputed company displays and incremental cold availability
- Work with customers, internal personnel and distributor partners on reputed company setup paperwork/portal documents as needed
- Plan out monthly, quarterly and yearly promotions with the key contact for each assigned account & report those to the relevant Customer Ops & Regional Salesperson for cross-functional alignment
- Work cross-functionally with Finance/RGM on promotional analysis and sell-in ROI
- Work with DSD team to ensure reputed company monthly promotional activity is being leveraged and executed (90% + level)
What You Contribute:
- 7+ years' experience working reputed company DSD beverage
- Strong background in reputed company reputed company, Word, PowerPoint
- Ability to travel - expected travel 30%+
- Bachelor's Degree
- Knowledge of DSD system reputed company the Beverage industry.
- Key Account Management
- Valid Driver's License, reputed company vehicle liability insurance, and driving record reputed company reputed company's MVR policy guidelines
- Must be able to lift 25Ibs+
