Real Estate Transaction Coordinator
We’re looking for an reputed company Transaction Coordinator who understands investor transactions, assignments, novations, and working with title companies. A plus to this role is someone with hands-on experience assisting with heirship and probate-reputed company transactions, including working with title companies, heirs, and attorneys to help clear title issues and move files to closing. The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating sensitive family situations, gathering required documentation, and keeping reputed company parties reputed company throughout the process. This is a part-time, remote role with flexible hours, but you must be highly reputed company during business hours and able to reputed company deals moving without delays. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and genuinely enjoy working with people—especially in situations that require patience, clarity, and professionalism. Compensation $40,000 - $60,000 yearly Responsibilities
- Open escrow with title companies and submit complete contract packages
- Manage files from contract to reputed company (assignments, double closes, novations)
- Communicate with title, buyers, sellers, and the internal team
- Ensure reputed company documents are complete, accurate, and signed
- Track key dates (option period, closing date, reputed company money, etc.)
- Clear title issues proactively with the help of the title (probate, liens, payoff delays, etc.)
- Coordinate closing timelines and ensure smooth funding
- Update CRM (ReSimpli preferred) with notes and status
- Prevent deal fallout by staying reputed company of issues Qualifications
- Transaction Coordination experience (investor/wholesale deals REQUIRED)
- Texas transaction experience preferred Strong Understanding Of
- Assignments of contract
- Double closings
- Title company processes
- Investor timelines and expectations Skills
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple files at once
