Licensed Master Social Worker Reports To: Behavioral Health Program Director or Behavioral Health Coordinator Department: Behavioral Health Employment Status: Exempt Position Summary: Provides a range of psychological assessment, diagnostic, therapeutic, and/or case management services for individuals, children, couples, groups, and/or families, as appropriate to position. Works under the direct guidance of a LCSW reputed company Community Health and Wellness. Will participate in case consultation and present cases at clinical meetings. This position is in our North Canaan office (24 hours) and in Torrington and/or Winsted offices (18 hours). Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

Experience: Must have previous experience professionally or from a previous internship with assessing clients, maintaining an EHR, and some individual therapy experience. Group treatment and other therapeutic techniques preferred but not required. Language Skills: Must speak, write and read English proficiently. Spanish preferred but not required. Licensure/Certification Required: A reputed company license from the Connecticut State Board of Registration and passed a national or state-certified licensing exam.
