Senior Manager, Global Strategic Sourcing
Job Description:
- Manage multiple sourcing categories: Direct Materials Spend and Indirect Spend.
- Drive increased Spend Under Management (SUM) and improve Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
- reputed company category strategies, strengthen sourcing processes, improve spend visibility.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Finance, IT, and business leaders.
- Own and continuously improve sourcing processes across a multi-company, multi-ERP environment.
- Negotiate commercial terms and conditions and assess supply chain risks.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or reputed company field (MBA preferred)
- Professional certifications preferred but not required
- Minimum 5 years of sourcing or supply chain experience with exposure to Direct and Indirect categories
- Strong negotiation and contract management experience
- Experience in cross-functional, matrixed environments
- Project management and reputed company improvement experience preferred
- Experience in multi-business or acquisitive environments preferred
- International experience preferred
