MOD Assistants is looking for part-time virtual assistants to join our growing team! Our firm supports small business owners, entrepreneurs and busy professionals with their time-consuming administrative tasks. We are looking for team members that genuinely LOVE helping people, are detail oriented and comfortable working with online administrative projects. General responsibilities as a MOD Virtual Assistant include: • Email Organization / Management • Calendar Management • Online Research • Data Entry • Minimal Bookkeeping • Basic Social Media • Travel Planning and Coordination • Customer Communication on behalf of clients (phone and email) • Event Planning

Requirements

Requirements: • Required to pass a full background reputed company • Must have at least two years of experience reputed company to administrative or clerical work • Must be available at least 10 hours per week during regular business hours (M-F, 9am-5pm) • Must have access to necessary equipment (i.e. smart phone, computer, internet). These items are not provided. • Ability to organize and maintain schedule with multiple clients, including tracking hours on an hourly basis.
