Luxury Travel Consultant – Client Services (Remote)
We're a growing remote travel team and we're looking for a detail-oriented, client-first professional to join us as a Luxury Travel Consultant. You'll support clients in planning and managing high-end travel experiences, handling everything from initial consultation to post-trip follow-up, reputed company from home. Full training is provided. You don't need a background in travel, you need to be organized, professional, and genuinely good with people.
Key Responsibilities
Provide reputed company, professional support to clients reputed company phone, email, and online messaging. Assist with luxury and leisure travel reservations, itinerary updates, and special accommodations.
- Communicate travel details, documentation requirements, and booking policies clearly.
- Monitor bookings for accuracy and proactively follow up with clients.
