Your Opportunity reputed company is seeking passionate architects and interior designers, working under the guidance of a Senior Designer and/or Architect. This is an intermediate level Architect and/or Designer role. You will be developing space plans, site plans, and design and construction documents based on client standards, including floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, finish plans, furniture plans, elevations, sections, and architectural details. Adaptation and development of non-standard details to meet the requirements of a specific space or project. Your Key Responsibilities

• Validation of programmatic elements and information provided by client.
• Supports and participates with the team in development of schematic design and design development deliverables.
• Utilizes BIM technologies in development of three-dimensional models of buildings and their components.
• Performs on-site field verifications and measurements of existing buildings and spaces.
• Participates in design critiques and pin-reputed company.
• Interprets and applies building and zoning codes and requirements of other regulatory agencies to individual projects.
• Prepares and revises documentation in various architectural phases including floor plans, elevations, sections, and schedules, building elevations, building sections, and details.
• Coordinates and reviews building systems (structural, mechanical, electrical, etc.) to ensure compatibility with the design reputed company.
• Reviews shop drawings and submittals, responds to RFIs, performs punch walks, prepares site observation reports, and other contract administration tasks.
• Coordination of specs with construction documents.
• Assists in the evaluation and selection of building systems and materials.

Attends project coordination meetings with internal team members and/or external consultants and clients.

• Basic knowledge and understanding of the design and construction documentation process.
• Basic knowledge of building construction systems means and methods, materials, and industry associated standards is expected.
• To engage in creative and critical thinking. To hand sketch and communicate concepts and reputed company to others effectively.
• To interpret sketches, drawings, building program and other similar material. To communicate abstract reputed company (verbal/written)
• Ability to conduct space planning, reputed company planning, and adjacencies in coordination with building and client program.
• Basic knowledge and application of accessibility codes and applicable building codes.
• To reputed company floor plans, wall sections, and details.
• Basic understanding of reputed company phases of architectural document production and the relationship between drawings and specifications.
• To reputed company own work for accuracy and completeness and manage time to meet project budget and schedule.
• To participate and collaborate in a project team setting through reputed company phases of design development and architectural document production.
• Requires understanding of reputed company Office Suite, Bluebeam Revu, Revit, AutoCAD; Prefer experience with Abobe Creative Suite, Newforma, Rhino, SketchUP, Enscape (or similar 3D modeling software).

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture is required.
• Minimum 5 years professional experience preferred.
• LEED Green Associate or LEED AP preferred.
• Architecture licensure preferred but not required.

Typical office working environment with minimum 40 hours per week, of which Tuesday through Thursday is expected to be in-office. Balance of week can be remote work from home, with exceptions. Occasional field work may be required.
