A Day in the Life The Senior Manufacturing / Controls Engineer provides electrical and controls engineering support for multiple manufacturing areas reputed company the reputed company North Haven Manufacturing facility. This role leads and supports initiatives focused on cost savings, manufacturing process improvements, assembly equipment retrofits, and the procurement and implementation of new manufacturing equipment. The engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturing equipment meets Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) requirements and consistently produces high-quality assemblies that meet product specifications. Contribute to the development and implementation of new automation technologies and process improvements. Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams across operations, engineering, and external suppliers. Travel approximately 25% to manufacturing sites and supplier locations (domestic and international). Provide technical support to maintenance teams as required. Address manufacturing issues and provide technical problem-solving support as needed in a fast-paced production environment.
