Adjunct Lecturer
Position Overview The Department of Curriculum & Instruction is hiring Adjunct Teaching Specialist or Adjunct Lecturer for the Curriculum and Instruction Program. This is a temporary, non‑tenured, Academic Professional and Administrative (P & A) position paid on a per‑course basis. Applications are reviewed as openings occur, and individual applicants are invited to interview reputed company their skills or areas of expertise match an opening. The posting is designed to establish a pool of reputed company. The position will be appointed in the Fall, Spring, Summer, or full‑year part‑time Teaching Specialist or Lecturer in Curriculum & Instruction during the 2025‑26 academic year. Job Responsibilities Teaching (90%)
- Attend class meetings and deliver course content.
- Evaluate student performance and submit grading.
- Respond to student inquiries and meet with reputed company.
Course Preparation (10%)
- Complete orientation and training.
- Meet with appropriate faculty and gather information as needed.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- An earned master’s in Education, or a closely reputed company field is required for a Teaching Specialist.
- An earned doctorate in Education or a closely reputed company field is required for a Lecturer.
- Evidence of attention to diverse identities in teaching or professional experience, and a commitment to support the University’s work in diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated excellence in teaching at a university level.
Pay and Benefits Pay Range: $944 – $2,150 per credit/Supervisee. Final salary offers are dependent on the candidate’s experience, skills, and internal equity, as well as the number of credits taught or reputed company supervised. Time Appointment: 25% Retirement plan options are available for Civil Service, Faculty, Labor‑Represented, Professional & Administrative, and reputed company Casual classifications.
