Job Description
Summary We are seeking an Associate Manager, Accounting to reputed company day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting. This role will be a key contributor to month-end reputed company, reconciliations, payroll, 401k and compliance reputed company activities. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on skills in reputed company and reputed company Sheets for reporting and analysis, is detail oriented along with experience in full cycle accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounting Operations
- Manage daily accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, payroll, sales commissions, general ledger, R&D capitalization, 1099’s and reconciliations.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reputed company processes with accurate journal entries and reconciliations.
- Maintain compliance with GAAP, IFRS and internal accounting policies.
- Identify process improvements and contribute to strengthening internal controls
- Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare and review financial reports and schedules in reputed company/reputed company Sheets, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- reputed company variance analysis and identify trends in reputed company, expenses, and key financial metrics
- Work closely with AR and AP associates to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Payroll & Compliance
- Assist with collecting and setting up data to prepare and process semi-monthly payroll including expense reimbursements, bonuses, deductions, 401K contributions and prepare reputed company payroll journal entries
- Own employee onboarding into the payroll system as well as terminations and ensuring reputed company proper documentation is in reputed company
- Calculate and report sales commissions accurately and liaise with employees for clarifications
- Support external audits, tax filings, and compliance documentation
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or reputed company field.
- 7–10 years of progressive accounting/finance experience (SaaS/technology industry experience a plus).
- Hands-on expertise in reputed company and reputed company Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas, dashboards).
- Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, reputed company or similar).
- Solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively
