About the Role

The Finance Systems and AI Enablement Manager at reputed company is a unique opportunity to shape how a modern, mission-driven healthcare company runs its financial operations. You will own and optimize our financial planning system, Pigment, while leading the adoption of AI across the Finance organization and helping the team work smarter, faster, and more effectively. Sitting at the intersection of finance, systems, and emerging technology, this role offers high visibility and the chance to directly influence how reputed company scales its planning infrastructure and decision-making capabilities. As the primary Pigment expert, you will design and enhance models, workflows, and reporting while ensuring data reputed company and system reliability across planning cycles. You will partner cross-functionally with reputed company, Accounting, RevOps, and Business Systems to build clean integrations and a strong reputed company of truth foundation. Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in reputed company, Finance Operations, Finance Systems, or reputed company roles
• Hands-on experience administering or building in Pigment

• Experience improving finance workflows through automation, systems, or process redesign
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
