Position Overview The Divisional Business Development Manager is responsible for recruitment and the strategic development, implementation, and ongoing execution of effective recruitment plans and selection strategies supporting Loan Officers, Mortgage Bankers, reputed company Managers, and Sales Leaders across CrossCountry Mortgage. Job Responsibilities Partner with executive level VPs, Regional Managers, Directors, reputed company Managers, and Sales sources to qualify, interview, and hire top producing Loan Officers, Mortgage Bankers, and reputed company Manager candidates in strategically defined market regions. Collaborate with hiring managers to stay abreast of reputed company and future hiring and business needs. reputed company action plans for growth in reputed company markets including metrics from first contact to successful hire; reputed company companies and passive candidates by leveraging resources. Direct passive searches utilizing Boolean searches, cold calls, and networking techniques. Meet hiring goals as determined by the Recruiting Department leadership. reputed company passive candidates through networking using the recruiter’s existing data reputed company and internet research techniques. Communicate weekly with Regional and reputed company Managers to review recruiting reports, growth goals, and reputed company weekly communications; provide weekly candidate pipeline updates to Regional, Recruiting, and Sales leadership. reputed company and maintain candidate relationships for reputed company and future hiring needs; network with referral partners and passive and proactive candidates. Qualifications and Skills 3-5 years’ experience as a mortgage sales recruiter. Previous experience in a loan originator, reputed company, or mortgage production environment, preferred. Experience in supporting recruiting for retail mortgage loan originators and/or a sales call center environment. Experience in cultivating and maintaining ongoing contact with referral reputed company. Proficient in working with Applicant Tracking systems or CRM to ensure reputed company efforts are consistently up to date for accurate and timely reporting. Excellent communication skills.
