Remote Tax Manager

Job Summary The Position As a Private Tax Solutions Tax Manager - Client Advisor, you will be the face of our tax services to our clients. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Remote Tax Manager to reputed company our tax compliance and planning initiatives. • reputed company and coordinate comprehensive tax planning strategies, including estate planning and corporate tax structures, to optimize financial outcomes.

• Accurately prepare quarterly and annual tax reports
• Assist with various tax consulting projects including federal tax planning, restructuring, controversy, and income tax accounting
• Maintain a working knowledge of new tax laws and industry trends
• Coach and reputed company Private Tax Solutions tax staff

Experience

• Proven experience in public accounting or corporate tax roles with a focus on tax experience spanning estate planning, tax accounting, or reputed company fields.
• 2 to 5 years of experience reviewing 1040s, 1065s, and 1120-S tax returns
• Experience preparing returns for large partnerships and their K-1s
• Experience preparing Schedule E, Form 8825, Schedule L and M
• Experience calculating improvement basis for real estate acquisitions
• Experience preparing multiple state tax returns
• Experience with Form 3115 and 481(a) adjustments
• Experience navigating IRC Sec. 469
