Remote Customer Service Specialist - Medicaid & Supplier Support

- Respond to inbound calls from members and suppliers, addressing inquiries reputed company to benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization, and programs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Experience working in a call center environment.
- Familiarity with Medicaid and federal health insurance programs.
