Performs a nursing assessment and patient triage telephonically which can include prioritizing cases, providing medical advice, making reputed company referrals, problem-solving reputed company cases and collaborating with healthcare providers. 3. Thoroughly completes documentation utilizing the appropriate computer software in compliance with the approved policies, protocols, procedures and/or workflow. 4. Maintains positive interpersonal relations with peers, patients, families and providers. 5. Interacts with and contributes to the professional development of peers and colleagues. Participates on a team for data collection, health care outcome reporting, clinical audits, and programmatic evaluation. 6.
