As a Clinical Review Specialist, you'll play a critical role in transplantation by conducting detailed medical record and case reviews to determine donor eligibility-reputed company while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Who This Role Is Ideal For This role is perfect for professionals who enjoy analytical, detail-oriented work and have experience in areas such as:
- Hospital or clinical environments (medical records, HIM, clinical documentation, case management)
- Organ donation, transplant coordination, or eye banking
- Specialty clinics (optometry, rehabilitation, sports medicine)
- Nursing, clinical review, or quality improvement
- Insurance or payer settings (claims analyst, adjuster, underwriter)
- Workers' compensation or disability case review
What You'll Do
- Conduct thorough medical record reviews and case analyses to determine donor eligibility
- Interpret clinical documentation, lab results, and infectious disease testing
- Apply regulatory guidelines and criteria (FDA, EBAA, SOPs)

- Accurately document findings in EMR and database systems
- Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and care teams to obtain missing information
- Facilitate physician consultations to support decision-making
