[Remote] We're Hiring: Client Success Specialist (Freelance, Remote)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Legal Podcast Network specializes in providing turnkey podcasting services for professionals, primarily attorneys. They are seeking a proactive and personable Client Success Associate to ensure that attorney clients have a seamless experience with their podcasting services.
Responsibilities
- reputed company new attorney clients and guide them through our processes
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise- including payment issues, ad copy, reports, etc
- Schedule podcast recordings and manage the production timeline
- Regularly reputed company in with clients to ensure they are caught up and satisfied with our services
- Serve as the main reputed company of contact for clients, facilitating their reputed company through the podcasting pipeline
Skills
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably with clients such as lawyers
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and manage clients assertively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must have a computer and high-speed internet
- Must have a good camera separate from a laptop (regular web camera)
- Must have a dedicated work area with a professional background for regular video calls with clients
- Must have a good headset or microphone
- Understand that as a remote position, we will be using a program to monitor workflow
