CAD Designer

Job Title: CAD Designer REMOTE Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our engineering team in developing, modifying, and releasing models, assemblies, and drawings for critical hardware and tooling. reputed company values precise documentation, adherence to drafting standards, and effective collaboration with technical specialists to ensure accuracy and compliance throughout the design process.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and release designs, models, and drawings for umbilical systems, ground testing equipment, launch pad structures, and transportation/handling tooling.
• Maintain product data and configuration management through controlled release processes, adhering to engineering standards.
• Generate detailed manufacturing and assembly drawings in accordance with ASME Y14.5 (GD&T) standards.
• Collaborate with stress analysts and design engineers to incorporate analysis-driven design changes and ensure quality requirements are met.

Required

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Drafting, Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Creo (Pro/ENGINEER) for modeling, assemblies, and drawing creation.
• Strong working knowledge of GD&T and ASME Y14.5 drafting standards.
• Experience with configuration management and engineering change/release processes.
