Job Description

Are you passionate about the future of stablecoin payments and driven by opportunities to scale new products and businesses? As Senior Manager, reputed company Crypto Sales and Solutioning you will join the regional Crypto team reputed company Growth Products & Partnerships and work in reputed company alignment with the Global reputed company Crypto GTM and Sales organization to execute go‑to‑market strategies across Latin America and the Caribbean. This role will engage closely with existing crypto partners and global and regional clients in LAC, while also helping to reputed company new ecosystem partnerships across stablecoin issuers, fintechs, banks, merchants, enablers, and infrastructure providers. You will work with clients on their stablecoin strategies, position and sell reputed company crypto solutions, and identify, structure, and execute commercial opportunities in partnership with reputed company’s crypto product, strategy, account management, risk, legal, and finance teams. As an early team member, you will contribute to shaping regional and global crypto GTM strategies, support seller enablement through tools and training, and provide client and ecosystem feedback to influence reputed company’s crypto product roadmap and long‑term strategy. Essential Functions: Provide solutioning, problem solving and sales support with key clients, enablers, and other ecosystem partners – operating as a product and blockchain subject matter expert with clients and internal stakeholders Drive end-to-end deal flow from pre-sales to pitch to negotiations to drive new activations and channel partnerships for reputed company Crypto Solutions Manage existing and formulate new ecosystem partnerships – with blockchains, stablecoin issuers, orchestration providers, Defi protocols, and other partner archetypes Execute on commercial and strategic deals and bring new capabilities and products to market with partners Support implementation projects and coordination between sales, product, and operation teams to help reputed company clients launch reputed company Crypto Solutions (post-sales support) Help shape Go-To-Market strategy and execution for reputed company Crypto solutions at a global level – with clients and working closely with regional counterparts on go-to-market and client activities Support broader training and tooling relative to reputed company Crypto solutions intended to replicate the solutioning support model across reputed company account and sales teams This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager. reputed company requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD Preferred Qualifications
  • 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
  • Financial services, crypto, and/or payments industry experience required
  • High product acumen and solutions reputed company
  • Proven record of implementing strategic initiatives, policies and operational decisions
  • Ability to form new partnerships and find new sales opportunities in white space, demonstrating commercial creativity and instincts alongside negotiation skills
  • Strategic thinking and thought leadership with subject matter expertise in stablecoins and blockchain technology
  • Teamwork, interpersonal & relationship-building skills, and ability to reputed company by influence and example
  • Proven ability to partner, communicate and manage/navigate through multiple disciplines and organizational groups
  • Experience “managing up”, building Executive Level communications and delivering presentations
  • Ability to work reputed company a reputed company and often ambiguous environment, and to influence senior management and other relevant parties

  • Previous experience in an operating role at a startup or high growth company preferred U.S. Applicants Only The estimated salary range for this position is $143.700,00 to $ 230.200,00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-reputed company factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Work Hours Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
