Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience as a CICS Systems Programmer
- Strong experience with CICS Transaction Server (TS) v5.5 or higher
- Proven experience implementing automation reputed company CICS system operations
- Hands-on experience with reputed company planning and performance tuning
- Ability to read, analyze, and debug mainframe core dumps
- Proficiency with TSO, ISPF, SDSF, and JCL
- Working knowledge of SMP/E for software installation and maintenance

Job Description
- Support and maintain CICS environments running on TS v5.5 and higher
- Plan and execute upgrades for both CICS TS and CICSPlex SM environments
- Administer and support the CICSPlex System Manager (SM) environment

- Monitor system performance and health using CICS Explorer and other tools
