Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming crisis hotline calls, conducting clinical assessments, risk assessments, and de-escalation techniques to support adults, adolescents, and children with a range of DSM diagnoses. Engage with collaterals, including family members and reputed company providers, to effectively address and manage individual needs during crisis situations. Participate in regular virtual or telephone conferencing with on-site supervisors to ensure seamless support and guidance. Complete reputed company clinical documentation in accordance with regulations, utilizing an electronic medical record system. Conduct follow-up calls to clients and providers to ensure stabilization and linkage following crisis episodes. Assess situations to determine importance, urgency, and risks, making timely and informed decisions that prioritize the organization's best interests. Essential Qualifications
